[Official announcement] L10n strings for 3.2.1
Hello again dear language fellows!
We are now ready for a translation round 3.2.1 release.
This translation round has about 120 strings to be translated depending on the language. We would kindly ask you to do your part by the end of Sunday, 24th November. If you have any concerns, problems, or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
A kind reminder, always use the English UK as the source for your translations, not Engineering English. There are still languages doing it the wrong way. Also, please try to check old terms used to keep consistency. The same goes for language style (e.g. how to address the user) and old translations.
Please check these strings in your languages, especially the variable (%1 vs. %n)
jolla-store-la-remorse_uninstalling_app "Uninstalling %1"
lipstick-jolla-home-no-uninstalling "Uninstalling %1"
gallery-me-deleting-%1-items "Deleting %n item" (+ plural form(s))
Without further ado, head to https://translate.sailfishos.org and follow link for instructions if you're there for the first time :)
Thank you & regards,
Sim & Jarkko

martonmiklos ( 2019-11-15 18:38:37 +0200 )editIs the french translation already completed? Are there some people to check correctness? I use SFOS from the first version and all terms were usually good. But in the last version (SFOS 3.2), it seems that non-french people translated some terms so weirdly... One example: "Appuyer pour défaire" (~"Press to undo") should be "Appuyer pour annuler".
