[XA2][3.3.0][Android] What triggers random contact refreshing?

After updating to 3.3.0 I've started to face up this odd behaviour of my contacts on Android side (in this case WhatsApp) disappearing and then appearing (as just phone numbers) and then after a moment appearing again normally. When this occurs, I'm not actually doing anything related to the contacts (adding, removing etc.).

To me it seems that contacts on Android are refreshed for some reason all the time. I'm facing this on XA2 Dual-Sim device and at least WhatsApp is concerned currently.

Have you noticed this kind of behaviour?

It happens to me, but not just on Android side. Sometimes all my contacts stored on my Google account disappear. To get them back, I need to do Preferences -> Accounts -> Google -> Refresh.

I have no such issue. They come back nearly instantly since for some reason it seems that it just loses contacts and refreshes them instantly back. Some of those contacts take more time to show up.
