Eventually, I managed to set up my professional MS Exchange account on the Jolla (had to leave the setup unfinished for it to work properly!). It syncs messages and actions (read, moved, deleted etc.) with the server, even in "Inbox" subfolders - great!

However, for some reason there are problems with the sync of the "Deleted items" folder. If I delete an unread message from my Jolla "Inbox" it appears unread in the "Deleted items" folder. Then I delete it from there, but it still stays on the server. If I go to Jolla "Deleted items" folder it syncs some (not all!) deleted messages with the server. If I delete messages from the server "Deleted Items", they stay on the Jolla "Deleted items" until I delete them manually from the device. Deleting manually only works after two attempts and not when selecting many emails at once.

What's the problem? Server-specific thing or general? Annoying is that all deleted messages on the Jolla have to be deleted manually one by one, after many attempts and there is no "trash all messages" function yet.

When you delete the message from the device "Deleted items" where in the server the message is then ? Same folder ?

Can be that there are two "Deleted items" folders ? (check in the server side)

If I delete a message from the "Inbox" on the Jolla it appears in the "Deleted Items" folder on the server - so the only difference is the capital letter of "Items". If I move the same message back to the "Inbox" from my computer it appears there on the Jolla, but a copy of the same message also stays in the "Deleted items" folder on the Jolla. If repeated, more and more copies of the same message pile up on the Jolla in the "Deleted items" folder.

I searched for this because I have exactly the same problem. Seeing the thread is over a year old and has not attracted much attention, I do not see much hope but I guess it would not hurt asking: has anyone found any solution/workaround? (I am asking the community, not expecting anything from Jolla.)
