Cannot connect to store with my Jolla account
Can't make connection to the Jolla store altough a have an account for over 2 months. Always get the "no account set yet" message. Never had problems before. If i try to sign in with name and password i get the "Oops ..." message. Does other people also have connection problems this moment?
To me it seems to work, but updatting Tweetian does not work - keeps saying "Waiting..."
Vesa ( 2014-03-07 14:23:20 +0200 )editDon't try and connect to your Jolla account via the pulley menu in the Store. Instead go to Settings->Accounts->Jolla and re-sign into your account their. I had this problem at least.
sdjayna ( 2014-03-07 17:01:08 +0200 )editGuys having problems with Store/app installation try to use only username without the mail extension..i mean if the user id is abcd1234@hotmail.com then use only abcd1234 as username in Jolla Store sign in..hope it helps sorting out the probleM..
