When powering on the device it flicks the lock screen, could it be so that it would go straight to enter PIN code screen?

sometimes its so slow to show up that you have time to type your lock screen password before the PIN screen

This is happing pretty often to me when I power on my Jolla however I don't suspect this to be coursed by slow boot time (my Jolla boots pretty fast) and I think this should be pretty easy to fix as the PIN code dialog should be started just a second earlier (daemon processes starting at boot).

I don't see why the order of lock-code and pin-code enter sequence should be changed. It's natural, logical, intuitive and more secure to first unlock the phone (if it is locked) and just then interract with phone (entering pin, using apps etc).

Also, when the device must be unlocked first, it prevents any accidental interactions with the phone, like unintentionally (pocket-dialing) pressing of keys that could block the SIM-card if they were recognized as pin-code entering attempts.
