bug: calendar has events associated to no calendar

asked 2014-06-16 10:50:49 +0300

Hi, accidently i've added my facebook account two times on my Jolla. After deleting one of those two instances, i've found strange events on the calendar. These events have no text, are not associated with any calendar and their color is black. They have the same time (starttime and endtime) of the facebook's events, that's why i suppose that they are related to the deleted facebook account. Is there a way i can delete all these events? They are rather annoing, facebook creates many events and i can't hide them since they are no associated no any calendar. Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem of "black" events. But I'm not sure it's Facebook, as the times don't seem to coincide with FB calendar events – nor any other calendar I have been using. I noticed this after removing and re-entering my Google account, but I'm not sure if it's connected to that.

Definitely a bug. It sounds like either the sync process is storing events without correctly associating them with a notebook/calendar, or when it is deleting events, it is deleting the notebook/calendar without correctly deleting the events also. Thanks for the report, we will investigate this one.

Same problem although like I mentioned in this post mine is not sync'ed to any calendar services, and these random entries just keep popping up here and there...

BTW the entries also disappear quite randomly. I just checked again, one no-content entry I saw earlier is now gone, but now it's marked down from Jan 24th through the whole February to March 1... and I can't even delete them! This is madness!
