factory reset

hey, I hope someone can help me
i was installing a few android apps and suddenly phone turned off and the green LED starts blinking... after rebooting none of the android apps were working anymore, i had no sound, no simcard recognition... i used the phone over 3 month without any problems also with android apps.
i descided to do a factory reset. since i couldnt even start jolla store , my sim card was not recognised and so on... i was on version 1.08.21 , but after the factory reset i am still at the same OS version 1.08.21 and all the apps are still shown... of course not working... i cant even delete still shown apps, they are coming back...
i want a complete reset... since nothing is working as it should... i hope somebody has an answer to that... i couldnt find anything...

saw that my storage is full, and i am not able to delet anything via the recoverymode/shell... at least i am not, :/
