.wma music record unprotected content, can't play [answered]
.wma 128k windows media audio file ripped CD as unprotected content with media player 12 on windows 7
i would prefer to copy on uSD but also can't see ! well, copied from windows music to Computer\Sailfish\Phone Memory\Music with usb cable
i can see the list of file with media, can select but unable to press play (no react) on jolla can't liste even with headphone
Since WMA is a patented codec, Jolla didn't include support I guess. I try to avoid this format. Ideally though there should be support, so community can come up with alternative repos. May be someone will build VLC or mplayer for Sailfish?

redge73 ( 2013-12-30 06:58:30 +0200 )editIn general, if you encode audio straight from the CD, avoid such weird formats like WMA. I myself encode in Ogg/Vorbis (Sailfish suprorts it) and lately in Opus.
