If I add an Exchange / ActiveSync account and subsequently delete the account. I am left with all the calendars tied to that account with no way to delete them.
Calendars ought to be removed when the ActiveSync account is deleted. In addition it ought to be possible to delete Calendars.

While this may indeed work and is a faster method than resetting the whole phone.
I would hate to have this considered to be the 'correct' method to delete calendars on the phone. The basic functionality of delete account, should actually delete the account.

Rebooting did not help. Adding and removing the ActiveSync does not help either.
