add quick setting menu [duplicate]

I'd like to see a quick setting menu for setting things like WiFi, Bluetooth etc.
Suggestion:
Add an extra area at the bottom of the notification screen.

This has indeed been suggested in another thread. Would be good to add your picture there as an example of what it should look like.
