[help] store not able to install or update apps anymore [answered]
My Jolla-account got a wrong username (my mailadress) so zendesk changed it. I'm not able to download (errormessage: error with store) or update (errormessage: app is up to date) anymore.
First I tried deleting and recreating Jolla-Account. Rebooting and....
So I contacted zendesk, they adviced me to:
rm -rf /home/nemo/.cache/store-client/os-info
But it didn't helped. I tried
pkcon install storeclient
pkill store-client
Nothing helped... Any ideas? thanks in Advance!
Update: Maybe just wait til the next software Update? :D
It does sound more like an account problem and I know you say you have deleted/recreated your account, but maybe have a look here, perhaps there is something to help you (best done on a PC or laptop);

Something more weird: I tried another Jolla Account and with this account all works as expected therefore I contacted zendesk ones again cause I think it's highly related to the account itself (changing name maybe destroyed something...)
