Cannot create/sync exchange account

Hi, Company changed the exchange server to 2013. After change my account did not work any more. I deleted the account and tried to recreate the account but it fails with message 'Problem with checking credentials. Could not create account'. I was able to create account using workaround. When trying to synchronise I get a message 'Problem with sync'. I also tried with my N9 and it has also issues. Tried with Lumia and it works fine. So something is not working with Sailfish. There are currently no security policies and provision is not needed. My Jolla is on 1.1.1.27. I would like to continue with Jolla as my primary work phone but this will prevent it if not fixed.

I enabled activesync log. There are few warnings. I hope someone could point out where is the problem.
