Developer mode fails to activate with "problem on installing jolla-developer-mode" [answered]

Enabling the developer mode fails with "problem on installing jolla-developer-mode". How can I enable it or get more insides for the reason without resetting the phone?

Update: I can install from the jolla store applications, but it says for the jolla-developer-mode app it is not available.

Usually installation issues are either Jolla Account (delete, reboot, recreate) or Repo-Cache (sailfish-utilities may help to clear repo-cache) issues. Are you upgraded to latest firmware?

Following the instrcutions to clean the rpm database did not solve the problem.

@chemist in the sailfish utilities there is nothing called repo-cache the only related was something called app registry I used that rebooted and it did not solve the problem.

I have the same problem and don't know how to solve it. Furthermore I had have the Developer Mode installed before the lattest OS updates.

After asking support for help a month ago and without any successful result I was resetting the phone and brought the developer mode back to live. I can now upgrade the OS again and enable the developer mode but still can't install the majority of applications from the jolla store.

I have the same issue, but I don't know how to solve it!!! Suddenly I got some repos disappeared.. I can't install developer mode because my Jolla can't find the package..

Help me..
