Hi My dear friends at Jolla ... still no response 3/4 warranty requests submitted... Im feeling a bit unloved here -_-
Meanwhile my device is dead and by the time i get a response my Warranty would probably expire. Maybe a post a day will get somebodies attention, as clearly the needs of the average consumer is no longer cared for
Sorry to hear that. My Jolla had a defective front camera and I got that fixed under warranty in about a week. I hope you get your Jolla fixed soon.
jollailija ( 2015-10-12 19:32:47 +0300 )That's ugly behavior. Even big companies do it: HP once asked me so slowly for separate documents one by one to prove that I'm within warranty time, that my warranty actually expired meanwhile (it took months)...
Let's hope Jolla is unlike.

I've been in contact with them twice. The second time I had to send them a "reminder", because I did'nt hear from them in over a week, but besides that they've been very quick to respond and act.
