Has anyone got a direct contact for Jolla Warranty? I had filled out a form nearly two weeks ago on the Jolla website stating my problem, Imei number , email address etc. and received no response

Hi My dear friends at Jolla ... still no response 3/4 warranty requests submitted... Im feeling a bit unloved here -_-
Meanwhile my device is dead and by the time i get a response my Warranty would probably expire. Maybe a post a day will get somebodies attention, as clearly the needs of the average consumer is no longer cared for
Sorry to hear that. My Jolla had a defective front camera and I got that fixed under warranty in about a week. I hope you get your Jolla fixed soon.

I've been in contact with them twice. The second time I had to send them a "reminder", because I did'nt hear from them in over a week, but besides that they've been very quick to respond and act.
