I just got mine to delivered to germany without visiting any customs office or paying any tax.. i don't know why, but it's here now, and I'm very happy it worked so well :)
German customs seems to be not very straight on this product :D

I bought this in india...over all nice phone with great ui experience and supports most of the andriod apps. My only concern is battery backup. Which i average. Hope they will add features like battery saver to improve battery life.

I ordered my Intex Saifish phone on 22nd night via cash on delivery and received it on 25th of July! No problem what so ever... I purchased it via ebay.in in bangalore, I am still exicited about my brand new phone ;-)

This is very interesting. I also thought that I misread or misunderstood something, because for the 1st time I also read an 'or' and after rejection I saw that it was an 'and', despite that I clearly do remember it was really an 'or'. I was also rejected, even after I did send all the data again. They even locked the amount on my card (but it seems it is just locked and not taken, I hope, it will be released so I can try again through PayPal maybe). I do not know why they are doing this, hopefully they are not hunting to naive europeans' credit datas...
they reject credit card. they do not have paypal. then why the hell are there these options??? is this correct to act as if they would accept it and then reject everything and not even write an email like 'oops I forgot I do not accept it'? now do they want to sell it or not? if I did not know, they are indian, I had thought, they are hungarian... :)

Also dont forget your pisapay ID. That should work. It did in my case. I was angry too after the first rejection.

I cannot pay it again, they booked the amount from my card, I am not even sure, if I will get it back.

Yes the shiping of ebay never done on time. But on purchase of Intex Aqua Fish it was on time. First time ebay product reach on time.

@TMavica where did you buy from to get it from HK ? and what country are you in? I see the sellers on ebay UK have started to come down in price but they're still shifty looking sellers with low scores and poor feedback and i ain't jumping thru hoops to buy from India when they don't accept paypal, copying statements and photocopying cards. . . . . wtf is all that about that's like going back 15 years when commerce sites used SSL ,. . . . . . lol

Also oddly the one non price gouging paypal seller doesn't show up on the .co.uk(despite shipping to UK) whereas they do via .com ebay site. you may also want to refer to the spreadsheet linked in this post link text

Else these brief customer reviews - ebay seller 1, ebay seller 2 and amazon.in seller - gives a good idea of the online buyers' experience, so far.

The credit card copy and credit card summary is additional verification by ebay to ensure that you are not using somebody else's stolen card. Tip: If you sent it by email to ebay, delete that sent mail. If somebody hacks your email account, that info would be like a gold mine for them.
