Having a style guide massively improves translations for a given language, consistency, mood, voice, you name it. I strongly encourage community languages to also have a style guide, here's how to contribute one: https://sailfishos.org/wiki/Language_Style_-_HOWTO

Please post an answer here if you start working on a style guide for particular language, to avoid duplicate work and actually team up ;) (I recommend using piratepad.net for collab text editing -- arrrgh!)
