jolla-mail does not sync/refresh anymore

Hi,

I did not sync my jolla-mail for three weeks and now it doesn't work anymore. When I try to refresh my inbox the app says refreshing but it never finishes. When tapping it I got the message that the app is not responsive. Upon closing the cover stayed visible. When tapping the cover it tried to start the app but it never came to live.

Please let me know if you need anymore information on this.

Woraround:

Delete the email account and create it from scratch. That works and after setting accept insecure certificates refreshing emails also worked again. While setting up the new account the settings app froze and left an unconfigured email account behind. All this is beyond odd :(

If you are using a Jolla 1, can you enable developer mode in the settings, then open the Terminal application, enter the command 'btrfs-balancer allocation' and check if it says 'Allocated: 100%'?

Did that. Thats what it says:

[nemo@Sailfish ~]$ devel-su btrfs-balancer allocation

Allocated: 65 %

So guess that was not it, huh?

Hi @thesix, which email account are you using, is it a Jolla or Jolla C device? Which OS version are you running? Thank you

I am using an IMAP account that is served by a dovecot server. The device is a Jolla 1 running Aurajoki.
