Fix CalDav Support

CalDav support currently has several severe problems. For me for example, Sync with ownCloud works only one-way and the sync with a different server is unstable, calendars often show up multiple times or sometimes not at all. Some entries just don't get synced or disappear randomly. This is both technically and personally a huge problem, as my phone is the only way I can carry all my appointments with me and be reminded of them in time.
Those bugs do not only exist for me, but for many other users of sailfish os. Here is are some of the most voted reports about CalDav problems:

I do prefer a stable but ugly calendar over fancy UI improvements. That's why CalDav is imho currently the topmost priority in Sailfish OS.
So Jolla, please fix CalDav with the highest possible priority.
