Jolla care not responding (AKA:where is my LE TOH?) [answered]
hi, when I completed my 100€ preorder last spring I have been told that By the end of December I would have received a t-shirt, jolla phone and a special TOH.
About a month ago I received the jolla phone without the LE TOH, but I was about to change company so on Dec 25 I emailed care@jolla.com to ask to ship the LE TOH to another address (i asked to receive the Jolla phone to my company's address).
Since then noone replied to my request, and I haven't received my LE TOH.
Can I please know whether you acknowledged my request and if you shipped the LE TOH (and where?)
