Although the reply to all function was fixed in the last update (https://together.jolla.com/question/9204/implemented-in-1038-email-reply-all-includes-myself) the fix seems to have a bug.

I was replying to an email that was sent to my address with capital initial letters (Firstname.Lastname@domain.com) but my email address in the account settings was all small (firstname.lastname@domain.com). The result was that when I used Reply to all, the mail got sent also to myself (with capital initials again). Once I changed my email address (in the account settings) to also have capital initials, Reply to all understood to remove my address from recipients.

Unfortunately this can't be done, goes against the standard, I'm almost sure no big email service is using case sensitive email addresses, but since it's defined in the standard it can happen.

From RFC2821:

"The local-part of a mailbox MUST BE treated as case sensitive. Therefore, SMTP implementations MUST take care to preserve the case of mailbox local-parts. Mailbox domains are not case sensitive. In particular, for some hosts the user "smith" is different from the user "Smith". However, exploiting the case sensitivity of mailbox local-parts impedes interoperability and is discouraged."

I have respect towards standards but I'm pretty sure most of the email clients don't follow this one. At least Outlook and GMail don't. But still, I can't disagree with you so shall I just close the question?
