I have added an calendar to my Google calendars showing the days of my refuse collection service. Thy are all whole day events for a single day. On google they show up, correctly but on Jolla they appear twice: on the day and the day after. See screenshots

Steps to reproduce:

  • set up a google account with GMT+1:00 e.g. Berlin
  • set up your Jolla Phone for the same timezone
  • create a new calendar on google by importing this ics file
  • set up the goole account in jolla and sync
  • open the jolla calendar app on 2014-03-24 and 2014-03-25

If it helps fixing the bug, I would share this google calendar with a jolla developer. Please contact me.

I have the same bug. In my google calendar, I have birthday events and in my Jolla 's calendar, events appear on the right day and also the next day. And I think this bug was not present on the 1.0.3.8 release.

Thanks for the report. We have reproduced internally, and fixed the bug - the fix will appear in the next update (1.0.5.xx)

There are actually two related bugs: all-day events which are created on the device will be synced up incorrectly, and all-day events which are created in Google will be synced down incorrectly. Both of these issues have been addressed by the fix mentioned above.

After updating to 1.0.5.16 this bug was still there. It was solved by deleting and adding the Exchange Account again.

The problem was not solved for me by deleting and adding the Exchange account.

i added multiple calendars in one outlook.com account. whole day events from main calendar are displayed correct. whole day events from secondary calendars are still shown on 2 days

I can say for me it is fixed. But you are talking about outlook.com and not google calendar.

I recommend that you open a new bug, refer to this bug and describe in clear steps how to reproduce your bug.
