[Bug] Email creation problem with more than one active account [answered]
I tried searching the forum but seems nobody reported this bug so far:
When you have two active email accounts and you start writing a new email from the overview screen, the phone chooses automatically always the first email account as sender. You can not switch the account from which you want to officially send an email.
Since usually you add your main account first and then lesser important accounts you automatically create an order that will then always choose the less important account as official sender. The reason is simple: the account that was created later is on top of the older.
Possible Bug-fix: Disable email creation in the overview screen, then you have to enter an explicit email account before you can create a new email (not so elegant in my opinion) OR let the user choose the sender in the email creation screen. This would work similar to Thunderbird where you can always change the sender during email creation.
Additionally: Make it possible to reorder the mail accounts so it is possible to prioritize certain email accounts.
Changing sender works with 1.1.2.16. "Create new email" > tap on the tree little grey dots on the right > choose sender.
