I cannot get my new phone to upgrade.

Currently it is at 1.0.2.5 and when I run "Check for updates" it comes back with "Up to date".

I have an account on jolla. The wireless LAN works from the phone. I have done factory resets.

Nothing gives me the chance to upgrade and the version I am currently on is vulnerable to shellshock.

I have a ticket open with support.

Suggestions?

what worked for me was to reset the device then going through the setup but skipping everything, once you went through everything reboot the device. after rebooting try to log in and update.
