How about warranty at Switzerland from Jolla [answered]

Is it possible to grant +1 year more of warranty from Jolla manufacturer for Swiss customer ?
Warranty in Switzerland must be 2 years starting from 1 January 2013 for electronic device from reseller Limited warranty 1 year from manufacturer is not very welcome for many swiss customer complaint about planned obsolescence of electronic device.
Anymay, i'm satisfied from the great Jolla One product, but 1 year longer warranty make me feel better about quality life/strengh product and not suffer to an eventual artificial obsolescence.
hope my question is clear enough (i'm end user swiss french customer, not lawyer at all)
about Jolla One-Year Limited Warranty "NOTE! This Limited Warranty is in addition to, adn does not affect your legal (statutory) rights under your applicable national las relating to the sale of consumer products."
I thought the 2 year was for the EU as well to be honest, although the law doesn't say anything about warranty but of compliance with certain requirements.
