3G stopped working after telephone call that ended because of empty battery. [not relevant]
Yesterday, I was talking in the phone untill the battery became empty and the phone shut down. After connecting to the charger it took long time (at least it felt so) for my Jolla to connect to the mobile network again. And I only got 2G data connention since then. Usually I get 4G at home but I most often use 3G due to MMS not working at all for me in 4G. I think 3G is sufficient but now I only have 2G and that is terrible slow. I have checked my settings and even tried to change them back and forth without any luck. I also tried my SIM card in my old N9 and it has no problem at all to connect to 3G (it doesn't have 4G).
I'm using 1.1.1.27, my operator is Swedish Tele2 and my settings are:
- name: Tele2Internet
- access point: 4G.tele2.se (also tried internet.tele2.se with exactly the same result).
- No username and password (not required).
- Tried all of: Prefer 4G, prefer 3G, and only 2G.
- Tried both automatic and manual selection of network.
Update: 4G works! It started to work today but if I change the mobile network to "prefer 3G" my Jolla disconnects and after several minutes it falls over to 2G. So it is not as bad as yesterday but 4G is not available everywhere and I guess when I leave a 4G cell and enter a 3G cell it will disconnect for a while. Also my MMS doesn't work with 4G.
Update 2: 4G only works at work and not at home which is very bad as my Jolla is currently my home Internet solution. Before, both 3G and 4G worked at both places but now only 4G works at work. 3G doesn't work anywhere.
Is there anything suspicious in the logs when you try to connect to 3g?

in 2G-only mode. At 14:08:47 I changed it to prefer 4G and at 14:09:56 to prefer 3G (which doesn't work) after a while it connects with 2G. Here is the output:
