[Official announcement] L10n strings for 2.1.2 and new languages: Esperanto, Irish, Romanian

Hello dear community!

Even though 2.1.1 Sailfish OS update is still in stabilisation stage, our R&D team has already implemented all the new features for 2.1.2, that are in dire need of your brilliant language skills pouring into Pootle until Sunday evening (16th July 2017, for the official languages). Click here and let's get started!

In addition to a mouthful of the new strings, we also have unified the translation of "security code". Please review the strings (do a search in your language), and rename all occurrences of device "lock code" or "unlock code" and translate them as "security code" in your languages.

You might still find cases of "lock code" in Engineering English, but please don't use that as source string, yet translate from the "English (United Kingdom)" version.

This and many other past cases of e.g. mismatching punctuation lead us to update the translation tool to highlight the use of UK as source string (and not EE) even more: we disabled Pootle's quality checks (that are done against EE, meaning they had been more confusing than useful anyway), and adding remark to the EE title that now reads "(translate from English UK instead)".

By popular demand we've added 3 new languages: Esperanto, Irish, and Romanian.
